From 9pm on New Year’s Eve until 5am New Year’s Day, Collioure’s “New Year’s Celebration on the Beach” is the perfect place to celebrate the beginning of 2016 in Languedoc. Enjoy bodegas champagne, oysters foie gras and a tent dedicated to dancing the night away.
