Nestled near the beautiful rural village of Cabrières d’Aigues and close to the Luberon Nature Park, this attractive modern villa is a peaceful retreat with fantastic views of the Provencal countryside. The “man-made” Lac is nearby and you will able to swim in summer. You’re just steps away from a bakery, several shops and a bar. In the village of Cucuron, a 10-minute drive, you’ll find additional bakeries, pharmacy, cafés and restaurants. Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and all the renowned sights in Provence are easy trips. Set in a fenced garden, the two-story house has an appealing terrace with far away views and the perfect spot to enjoy meals or just relaxing outside.
Inside the house has been nicely renovated while preserving its country style. Terracotta floors and immaculate white walls complement casual, contemporary furnishings and antique accents. The entry level is into a spacious and bright open living area. Near the fireplace, a sofa and some chairs are facing a television. The bedrooms are all decorated in muted tones with lovely bedcovers, side lamps, tables, and a build-in wardrobe or a dresser. The bathroom has a bathtub and a sink. An independent toilet is on this floor.
