Located in the tiny village of Cabrières d’Avignon, this stone house is perfectly positioned for enjoying village life. You’re just steps away from a delectable bakery, several small shops and restaurants. In the village of Coustellet, a five-minute drive, you’ll find additional bakeries, cafés, restaurants and a lively open-air market every Sunday. Nearby are the scenic perched villages of Gordes, Roussillon and Bonnieux. And L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, celebrated for its antique dealers and Sunday open-air market is a ten-minute drive. Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, St-Rémy and all the renowned sights of Provence are easy day trips.

On the entry level is a spacious living room with wood-beamed cathedral ceiling and door to the pool and courtyard. It is light and airy with tall windows. Two upholstered sofas are grouped by a glass-topped wrought-iron coffee table near the inset stone fireplace. To the left of the fireplace is a cozy television corner with upholstered rattan loveseat. A door from the terrace opens to the dining room with round wood table and chairs for 6 people. Polished wood armoire doors and small tables are warm accents. Also on this level is the galley-style kitchen with door opening to the terrace. It has pretty painted tile counters and a full complement of appliances, dishes and cookware.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms all feature wood-beamed ceilings and are decorated in muted tones with lovely bedcovers, side lamps, tables, and painted wood chests. The bathrooms are both tiled and include toilet facilities.
Stairs from the entry lead to the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms, all accessed along a corridor. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and another has a double bed. The third bedroom is smaller and has twin beds. It overlooks the living room and has a curtain that can be closed for privacy. Also on this level is a bathroom with tub and shower attachment, sink and toilet. The second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is downstairs.
