It’s located on a quiet street in the center of Cannes and an easy walk to la Croisette, the beach, the rue d’Antibes and the Forville market where you can buy fresh fish, fruit, vegetables and flowers every day. Of course, you can walk to bakeries and a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants as well.
Professionally renovated by an architect in 2011, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with elevator access. It features a balcony with café table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy views of the rooftops and street life over a drink, meal or a good book. The apartment is decorated in natural tones with casual contemporary furnishings and all appliances. For your convenience, there are satellite television and Wi Fi internet access.
Off the entry is the open-plan living-dining room with marble tiled floor. An upholstered sofa is arranged by a small coffee table. The sofa opens to a double bed. At the other end of the room is a dining table and chairs seating up to 4 people. Also off the entry is the tiled kitchen with 2-burner cooktop and multi-function microwave oven. Both the living room and kitchen have French doors opening to the balcony.
Off the main living room is the bedroom with king bed convertible to twins. The bathroom with American-style tub with shower and sink are ensuite. Toilet facilities are separate accessed both from the bathroom and the living room.
