Just north of Cannes, the village of Mougins occupies a hilltop site with views of the countryside up to Grasse and down to the Mediterranean Sea. Renowned artists such as Pablo Picasso worked and lived here. Today, you’ll stroll cobblestone streets lined with charming houses, shops and galleries. From this central location, you’re perfectly positioned to explore Nice, Antibes and Cannes as well as all the sights of the Côte d’Azur.
Located a short drive from Mougins and the village of la Roquette, this split-level villa is set in enclosed grounds featuring a beautiful landscaped garden with mosaic tile pool, cypress, pine and olive trees, large lawn and a variety of native shrubs and flowers. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with double sinks, tub with shower attachment and toilet facilities.
