Location: 3 blocks from the Beach, in the center of Antibes, between Nice and Cannes.
If you like strolling the streets of a scenic seaside town, it doesn’t get much better than our apartment in the heart of Antibes! This three-bedroom apartment couldn’t be more ideally located. Relax on the celebrated Mediterranean beaches, just three blocks away. Walk a few more blocks to the center of town with shops and services or stroll over to the vibrant vieille ville with all its historic sights, shops, cafés, daily open market and restaurants. Or just enjoy a meal or drink on the spacious balcony overlooking the sea, trees and rooftops.
Newly built and decorated, the apartment is set on the fifth floor of a luxury building with elevator. It features quality materials and systems including marble floors, fine ceramic tile work, double-paned windows, electric exterior shutters, central heating and air conditioning. It is light and bright with large windows and white walls. Designed for easy living, the apartment is decorated with stylish contemporary furnishings.
To the right of the entry hall is the open-plan living-dining room. The sitting area includes a light beige leather sofa and two leather armchairs grouped around a small coffee table. Adjacent is the dining area with round glass-topped wrought iron dining table and chairs for 6 people. From the dining table, there are beautiful sea views. Sliding glass doors open to a wonderful balcony-terrace with a marble-topped wrought-iron dining table and chairs, the perfect setting for leisurely drinks and outdoor meals overlooking plane trees, rooftops and the sea. Adjoining is the galley kitchen, well-equipped with cream-colored counters, white wood cabinets and all appliances and conveniences.
A corridor leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom, with queen-sized bed, has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Two more bedrooms have twin beds, convertible to kings. These two bedrooms share another bathroom on the hall with separate toilet facilities. All of the bedrooms are amply sized and feature wrought-iron beds, pretty bedcovers, side tables with lamps and good closet space. The bathrooms have lovely tan and black tilework.
In addition, the apartment includes secure parking, appropriate for one car (no larger than mid-sized).
