And from this spacious villa in Théoule-sur-Mer, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore the French Riviera and its beaches. Cannes, Monaco and St-Tropez are within driving distance. Inland are the medieval villages of Valbonne, St-Paul de Vence and Biot, as well as Grasse, the perfume capital of France. Théoule-sur-Mer offers its red rock inlets and calanques with stunning views of the sea, coast and majestic Esterel mountains.
The villa is set in an elevated position offering breathtaking sea and mountain views from its expansive garden. It features a large swimming pool, three terraces, palm and cypress trees and beautifully landscaped flower beds. By the pool is a hammock and bar area with large refrigerator so you can keep a supply of ice cold drinks outside. On each terrace you’ll enjoy outdoor sitting and dining areas as well as a barbecue. You’ll just have to decide which one!
Inside, the villa is light and airy with high ceilings and large windows. The décor combines stylish classic furnishings with all conveniences including air conditioning and Wi Fi internet access.
Off the entry hall, several stairs lead down to a spacious open-plan living-dining room. The living room features a massive wood-beamed ceiling, stone fireplace, stone floors and sliding glass doors opening to the terraces and pool. A large sectional leather sofa is set by a coffee table, and there is a flat screen TV with DVD player.
Adjacent is the dining room with glass-topped wood table, wrought-iron chairs and pretty wood china chest.
An archway opens to the spacious kitchen, equipped for the best of cooks. It includes a professional stove with gas range, stainless-steel refrigerator, central island, ample wood cabinets, granite counters and French doors opening to the terrace.
Also on this level is a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer, and there are separate toilet facilities. There are a total of 6 bedroom suites, each with full bathroom including toilet facilities. All the bedrooms have quality bedding along with bedside tables, lamps and ample wardrobe space. The bathrooms feature lovely marble tilework and fine ceramics.
The master bedroom is situated on the entrance level and has its own private terrace with lovely sea views. The suite has a king bed, study with sofa bed, television and ensuite bathroom with shower. Also on this level is a suite with queen bed and bathroom with tub-shower.
On the pool level are three more bedroom suites with direct access to the grounds and pool. One includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Another has a king bed convertible to twins and a bathroom with shower. The third suite has twin beds convertible to king and bathroom with separate tub and shower. On the lower level is a suite with two standard double beds accessed from the garden. It has a large bathroom with a double Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
