The Loire Valley, located in the middle stretch of the Loire River in Central France, is mostly referred to as the “Garden of the France” due to the abundance of vineyards and fruit orchards, and internationally renowned for its many castles and historic places. Ideally based near Amboise and the famous chateaux of the Loire Valley, this charming country house is just a short drive to the town of Amboise, which was once home of the French Royal Court, where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy local wines and regional culinary traditions.
Nestled in 1700-acre grounds and with stunning views of the Loire River, the 17th Century property has been tastefully decorated to keep a warm and authentic atmosphere. It has retained its historic charm while providing all comforts and high standards amenities such as Air conditioning and Wi-Fi. On the ground level, the entry leads into a spacious and elegant living room with two comfortable sofas and a leather armchair in front of a gorgeous old-stone fireplace. Original tiled floor, beamed ceilings and classic furniture accent this inviting room.
The vast kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances, attractive white cabinets and a large robust wood table with six matching chairs to enjoy your favorite meal. On this floor are a bathroom featuring an Italian shower, a convenient laundry room and an independent toilet.
This splendid Loire Valley Vacation Rental can accommodates up to six people in three different bedrooms. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with pretty fabrics, graceful bedcovers, curtains, carpets, antique tables and chests. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with French doors leading outside and has a queen size bed. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other one with two single beds (easily convertible to king bed), and a very nice corner space to read and relax. A bathroom with a shower and an independent toilet complete this floor.
A lovely mansion with character in a great historic and classic area.
