Location: in the town of le Bugue with all shops and services

Located on the banks of the Vézère River in le Bugue, this late 19th-century stone house has been fully restored. Le Bugue is an animated town with a busy open-air market every Tuesday morning and all its shops, cafés and restaurants are just steps away.
The house is built on four levels featuring two outdoor terraces: a side terrace adjacent to the living room and a lower back terrace running the length of the house. Both terraces enjoy river views and have electric awnings providing plenty of shade for outdoor meals. The enclosed grounds include a small garden planted with shrubs and roses.
Inside, the house has been fully renovated. It is light and bright with large windows (many with river views!), white ceramic tile floors, pastel walls and pleasant contemporary furnishings. To the left of the entry hall is the dining room with oval wood table and chairs seating 8 people and wood buffet. The dining room leads to the fully-equipped kitchen with pale gray tile work and white cabinets. To the right of the hall is the living room with light leather sofas and easy chairs grouped around a glass coffee table. French doors open to the side terrace.
Stairs lead to the third and fourth floors and also down to the ground level where there is another sitting room and smaller kitchen. Both have doors opening to the long back terrace overlooking the river. On the third floor are 2 bedrooms with double beds, both with ensuite baths. On the top level under the old wood rafters of the house are 2 more bedrooms, each with twin beds, and another bathroom.

Note: the house is located on a main thoroughfare in le Bugue. There is traffic noise during the day. At night, it is considerably quieter.
