Situated in the triangle formed between the Vézère and Dordogne Rivers, this delightful property is set in a very private location 3 miles from the town of Les Eyzies where general shopping, banking, and dining are available, and 20 minutes from markets, shops, and cafés in the charming town of Le Bugue.
This four bedroom stone property positioned on a hillside in a very private wooded area is surrounded by spectacular valley views. Your enjoyment of the outdoors is enhanced by a kidney shaped, salt-water pool with lounge furniture set in an elevated and secluded area behind the house. Several grassy courtyards, dining terraces, a mobile barbecue, and two ponds accessed by a gate in the lower part of the grounds allow you to further appreciate Dordogne’s captivating landscape.
The house retains a French country atmosphere through the use of rustic and antique furnishings, stone floors, and the retention of the house’s exposed beam ceilings.
