This imposing old-stone farmhouse has been beautifully renovated with modern features and luxurious furnishings while preserving some typical Burgundian features and an authentic French atmosphere. With a large enclosed garden, a stunning heated swimming pool and two terraces for “Al Fresco” dining: one shaded featuring a sturdy wooden table and two benches, and one, overlooking the gardens and the hills, with a table and chairs for eight, you will enjoy your time outside as much as the one inside!
Inside, the property is the perfect mix of modern and traditional décor. With a gorgeous stone-tiled floor, high immaculate ceilings, and two French doors opening onto the garden, the sitting area includes a large leather sofa and two matching armchairs grouped in front of the old-stone fire place. A fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining room with a large rectangle wooden table and six chairs have both access to the covered outside patio and the pool.
There are a total of five lovely bedrooms, attractively decorated with antique tables, chests, lamps, curtains, pretty bedcovers and appealing linens, and three bathrooms, refreshed with quality fixtures and tiled showers or tubs. The two bigger bedrooms feature a king bed and an ensuite shower and a sink. The three other bedrooms-one with a double bed, one with a single and one with bunk beds- share a larger bathroom completed a bathtub, a separate shower, a large sink and a separate toilet.
