Dordogne, often referred to by its ancient name “The Périgord,” offers one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in France. Situated in the triangle formed between the Vézère and Dordogne Rivers, this newly renovated country house is set in a very peaceful location near the village of St Félix de Reilhac, and 15 kms from markets, shops, and cafés in the charming town of Le Bugue.
This property, located at the end of a quiet lane, benefits from natural, wooded surroundings, a private pool at the front of the house, and a small un-fenced lake at the back. The large pool, encircled by a wooden deck with lounge furniture, and a flat well-manicured garden enjoys sunshine throughout the day. The house provides two outdoor dining areas; a patio in the front courtyard off the kitchen, and a rooftop terrace accessed by the upper level bedroom overlooking the pool and gardens.

A wooden staircase accessed by the sitting area brings you to the upper level TV room with internet connection. This room has a sofa, a lovely wood beam ceiling and exposed stonework. These features are carried into the second double bedroom that offers access to the delightful roof-top terrace. This room’s newly renovated en-suite bathroom possesses a walk-in double “Rain-head” shower, a large bath tub, a basin and WC.
The third bedroom with en-suite shower room is located in an annex to the right of the outdoor patio just steps away from the pool and house entrance.
