This stone house is located in the Dordogne. Although times may have changed over the years the beautiful Dordogne landscape, in one of the most beautiful areas of France, continues to offer something to amaze and delight everyone. This ancient land, deep in the heart of sunny south-west France, is perfect holiday country; a magical place that will reward all those who choose to explore it.
The property consists of a main house sleeping 2 and a second fully restored stone building for 2 people with large bedroom and shower room with WC. On entering the main house the hallway leads through to a laundry area with WC and a bathroom with roll top bath and a door which leads out to the pool area. To the right of the hallway the cosy sitting room with exposed stonework and beams has an impressive open fireplace and lovely old wooden floor.
A small step leads down and through to the double bedroom with its own sofa/relaxing area. Returning to the sitting room, a spiral staircase leads down to the newly installed kitchen/dining room with terracotta tiled floor and central island with limestone worksurfaces. A door leads out to a delightful covered dining area which overlooks the pool and views.
Equipped and furnished to a very high standard throughout this property is ideal for one or two couples or, given the separate second building, a family of 4 with older children. Ideally located close to all the sites this lovely region has to offer this charming property will suit both those who wish to explore as well as those who prefer to escape from it all and enjoy a totally relaxing holiday.
