The Côte d’Azur is celebrated throughout the world for its glamorous Mediterranean beaches and lifestyle. Located some 10 kms from the coast, Mougins is a picturesque hilltop village offering panoramic views of the Grasse countryside to the coast. Picasso discovered the village in the 1930s and settled here later in life. Today, you’ll enjoy its narrow cobblestone streets, charming houses, the remnants of medieval ramparts along with its stylish galleries, shops and restaurants.
Located in an exclusive residential community near Mougins, this contemporary villa is set in a spacious enclosed garden. Beautifully landscaped, it includes expansive lawns, an array of tall trees, shrubs and flowering plants. Near the house is a lovely swimming pool with stone terrace. Additional terraces are adjacent to the house complete with ample lounging and dining furniture.

In one corner is a large, flat-screen television with satellite service. Occasional tables, colorful artisan carpets and original art pieces make this an appealing place to relax and socialize.
Also on this level are a well-appointed kitchen and dining room, both with sliding glass doors to the terraces and pool. The kitchen is at the far end of the house, spacious and fully-equipped for the best of cooks. It has quality appliances, large granite counters, and a granite-topped breakfast table. Between the kitchen and living room is the dining room with glass-topped table and chairs and a covered pass-through from the kitchen.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All the bedrooms have fine bedding and linens and are decorated with pretty bedcovers, bedside lamps and tables. The bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions with DVD and CD players. The bathrooms all feature fine tile and ceramic fixtures.
On the entry level is a bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Also on this level is a half-bath with toilet and sink. A graceful spiral staircase off the entry leads up to the master suite with king bed and sliding glass doors to a private terrace. Completing the suite is a large bathroom with shower and tub, double sinks and separate toilet. On the garden level down the staircase are two bedrooms, each with queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with American-style tub with shower, sink and separate toilet facilities. Also on the lower level is an independent studio suite with small sitting area, queen bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
