If a historic home in the heart of one of the most picturesque towns in Provence is what you're looking for, your search is over! Located in the center of St-Rémy-de-Provence, just steps from shops, restaurants, cafés, and a bustling weekly open-air market, this townhouse dates from the 16th century and sports a tan facade and yellow shutters.

On four levels, it has been well renovated and features exposed stone walls, ceramic tile floors and all conveniences including satellite television and high-speed internet access. A collection of original works from local artists highlights casual contemporary furnishings and antique pieces.

Stairs from the street level lead to the second floor and to two attractively decorated bedrooms, one king and another with twins. On this level adjacent to the bedrooms is a full bathroom with tiled tub and shower attachment, sink and toilet.

The staircase continues up to the third floor and a sunny living-dining room. The sitting area includes a red upholstered sofa and two easy chairs grouped around an antique coffee table. At the other end of the room is a round wood dining table and chairs. Sliding glass doors open to an outdoor terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking the rooftops of St-Remy. Also on this level off the sitting area is the fully-equipped kitchen with olive ceramic tilework and wood-topped wrought iron breakfast table.

A sturdy ladder-staircase goes up to the fourth and top level where there is a small den with easy chairs and television. Off the den is another pretty bedroom with double bed, ensuite toilet facilities and sink.
