The quai de Montebello is in the heart of Paris. From here, the banks of the Seine, the Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Ile St-Louis and the historic and lively Left Bank neighborhoods are your neighbors, all within easy walking distance.

Located in a well-restored 18th-century building with elevator, this exceptional apartment enjoys superb views of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Seine. The apartment is on two levels and is accessed from the third floor by elevator. Original wood beamed ceilings and half-timbered walls accent classic furnishings and beautiful fabrics along with all modern conveniences including high-speed internet access and air conditioning. And to ensure a restful stay, windows are fitted with two sets of double-paned glass.

On the entry level is a large living-dining room with wood parquet floors, a fireplace and tall windows taking full advantage of the splendid river and cathedral views. In the sitting area are a beige upholstered settee-style sofa with lots of throw pillows and period chairs grouped around a glass-topped coffee table near the fireplace. Opposite is a handsome wood desk. An antique chandelier and large mirror are elegant accents. By the windows is an oval white wood dining table and upholstered chairs.

Also on this level just off the entry is a separate kitchen with cream-colored wood cabinets, granite counters and a full array of quality appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses and flatware. A rolling butcher-block topped cart provides additional preparation space.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are all upstairs and are decorated in pastel tones with occasional antique pieces and designer fabrics, including lovely bedcovers and curtains. The master bedroom and the bedroom with twin beds overlook the quai, while the double bedroom overlooks an interior courtyard. Also upstairs is a bathroom with American-style tub with shower and a marble sink. Toilet facilities are separate and include a small sink. The second bathroom is on the entry level and includes a shower, sink and toilet. The bathrooms all feature fine fixtures and beautiful marble counters and tile.
