This old stone cottage is located in peaceful countryside with lovely views over rolling hills. The spacious natural garden includes a large lawn and a terrace adjacent to the house with tall shade trees and outdoor dining furniture. Set away from the house is a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi and stone tile terrace. Bordering the pool area are landscaped beds with flowering plants and shrubs. It's a wonderful spot for enjoying the scenic country views.

Inside, the house is simply and comfortably furnished. It features beamed ceilings, tan tile floors and exposed stonework. Entry is into the open-plan kitchen-dining room. The galley-style kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and good preparation space. A wood counter separates it from the dining area with rectangular wood table for 6 people. French doors on both sides of the room open to front and back terraces.

An archway opens to the sitting room with small upholstered sofa and armchairs grouped around a wood table in front of the fireplace. Side tables, lamps and an area rug complement the room and French doors open to the terrace.
