One of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Paris, the 7th arrondissement boasts some of the city's most renowned sights. Here the Eiffel Tower and the Hôtel des Invalides are your neighbors. And within easy walking distance are the rue Cler and its lively shopping district with an array of boutiques, cafés, restaurants and celebrated food shops.

Located in a stately stone building with wrought-iron railings and balconies, this one-bedroom apartment has been well renovated. It is light and bright, decorated with stylish contemporary furnishings and antique accents. You'll particularly enjoy excellent views of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony.

Off the small entry, a corridor leads to the living-dining room. In the sitting area are an upholstered sofa and two red leather chairs grouped around a pretty wood chest serving as a coffee table. In the corner is a round wood table with dining chairs for 2 people. Occasional tables, lamps and artwork complete this comfortable room. From here, sliding glass doors open to the balcony and wonderful Eiffel Tower views.

To the right of the entry, the kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, counter-top oven and dishwasher along with cookware, plates, glasses and cutlery.

Completing the apartment are a bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom accessed off the living room and overlooking a courtyard. The bedroom is nicely decorated with pretty bedcover and curtains. The bathroom has a white-tiled tub with shower, sink with vanity and toilet facilities.
