Location: in the village of Cabrières d'Avignon, 30 kms east of Avignon

The village of Cabrières d'Avignon couldn't be more centrally located in the scenic Luberon. And this sweet stone cottage is just steps away from a wonderful bakery, a small grocery, butcher and a couple of charming restaurants.

Outside the cottage by a shade tree is a café table and chairs, a great spot for a drink or al fresco dining. While the property does not have its own private pool, you'll be able to swim at a neighboring pool in the late afternoon.

Inside, the cottage is on two levels. Electric heating and air conditioning ensure your comfort throughout the year. The décor is casual and contemporary.

On the entry level are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have pretty bedcovers, chests and wardrobes. One has a double and a single bed; the other has a double.

Stairs lead to an open-plan main room with living and dining areas as well as a kitchen. Heavy wood beams are pretty accents to white walls and ceramic-tile floors. In the sitting area are a leather loveseat and three upholstered easy chairs grouped by a small wood coffee table. In one corner is an antique wood armoire, and there is a flat-screen television on a shelf in another corner.

On the other side of the staircase is a well-equipped galley kitchen with white tile counter and backsplash, wood trimmed cabinets, counter-top oven and all other appliances. Adjacent is the dining area with round wood dining table and chairs. Also on this level are separate toilet facilities.

A sweet cottage in a highly central location, just steps from village shops. And an excellent value!
